Jennifer Harman may not be big physically (she’s 5’2” tall and weighs maybe 100 pounds) but she’s still a powerful presence at the table. Her years of experience at high-stakes cash games, playing every type of poker, have made her one the best all-around poker players.
Annie Duke
Annie Duke is fellow poker pro Howard Lederer's sister. She won a World Series of Poker bracelet as well as the WSOP Tournament of Champions in 2004.
Kathy Liebert
Liebert started playing poker tournaments in 1994, and immediately started winning them. She won the inaugural Party Poker Million in 2002, which made her the first woman to win $1 million at a tournament.
Cyndy Violette
Violette won her first World Series of Poker bracelet in 2004 for seven-card stud and made it to 3 final tables at the 2005 WSOP.
Annette Obrestad
Obrestad is the youngest to make the list, and won her first major tournament the day before her 19th birthday: the World Series of Poker Europe championship event. She won a million pounds for this event and became one of the youngest WSOP champs ever. 2010 will be the first year she is old enough to play in US tournaments and is expected to do very well here.
Barbara Enright
Enright is the only female player to have made the $10,000 World Series of Poker final table in Las Vegas, finishing 5th. She's also the only woman to be inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame.
