Pacific Poker is filled with loose players, and their Omaha tables are my favorite online. They have a great refer-a-friend bonus, in which you get $100 for each person you get to signup and deposit money.
Cons:
Windows-only. You can only play at one table at a time. No avatars. Chat not integrated well with the software.
