Mirage Las Vegas Poker Room Overview:
Once you see the flames of the Mirage's casino and find your way past the tigers, you'll find a fine 30-table poker room at the Mirage. The room is non-smoking, though the surrounding area is not, so there is some second-hand smoke at the tables on the edge of the room. There is a lot of foot traffic in the area, and the players tend to be a fun and lively bunch.
Mirage Poker Room Details:
Most of the tables at the Mirage spread Texas Hold'em. Limit games go from $3/6 to $20/40, and no limit starts at $1/2. They also spread Omaha & 7-Card stud and will spread higher limits if there is a demand.
Mirage' Poker Tournaments:
From Monday-Thursday, the Mirage hosts no-limit hold'em tournaments each day at 7:00 PM, with a $230 buy-in. On Sundays, the action gets started earlier -- at 5:00 PM -- and the stakes go up to a $430 buy-in.
They also have sit and gos from $70 to $175 which start whenever there's enough players.
