Rotation Poker Games

By Toby Bochan, About.com

Definition: In a rotation poker game, instead of making each hand dealer's choice or playing one type of poker all night, the game changes. It can either rotate after a set amount of time (say every 20 minutes), or more commonly, after the dealer button (and therefore deal) has made one complete round around the table.

You can include any poker variation into a rotation game and as many as you'd like. HORSE poker tournaments are probably the most famous rotation poker games.
Examples:
In my friend Dave's rotation game, they play Pineapple, Razz & Omaha -- it's quite different from playing Hold'em all night!
