You can find "Billy's Poker Parlor" on the 6th Floor of Bally's and the "Wild Wild West Poker Corral" on the 1st floor of the Wild Wild West Casino section of the Bally's complex.
Billy's Poker Parlor is open weekdays 11am - 4am and all weekend -- from 11am Friday until Monday night at 4am. The Wild Wild West Casino Poker Room is open just for poker tournaments.

Billy's Poker Room holds 20 poker tables, which are generally split between 15 Texas Hold'em games and five Stud games, though last time I was there I found almost all the tables taken by hold'em. The range of games includes Seven-Card Stud poker with limits of $1-$5 and up and Texas Hold'em games with limits of $2-$4 and $3-$6, as well as no-limit $1/2 games.
Poker Tournaments at Bally's Wild Wild West Poker Room:
No-limit hold'em tournaments are held on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Friday at 9 p.m., while sit & go tournaments are held every day from 10 am until midnight every 2 hours. The sit & gos will cost you a $50 buy-in + a $15 entry fee and pay the top 2 players out of every table of 10.
