Toby Bochan

Toby Leah Bochan is a born and bred New York City girl, and started playing poker with her parents at the age of seven. She hasn't stopped since.

Toby Leah Bochan is the author of The Badass Girl’s Guide to Poker, has written for Woman Poker Player Magazine, and contributed to Women's Poker Night.

Bochan received a bachelor's degree in English and creative writing from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in fiction and poetry from the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas, Austin.

There's little I like to do better than play poker, other than perhaps teach more people to play poker, so I have more people to play with. I've played and covered the World Series of Poker as well as many World Poker Tour events, and I hope to meet you across the poker table.
