I'm asking: Do you chop the blinds?

When playing Texas Hold'em cash games, sometimes it folds around to the small and big blinds and the question is asked: Do you chop? What do you answer? Here are my quick thoughts on chopping the blinds.

I agree that it is always wise to chop when playing a low-stakes limit game. The high rake makes heads-up play unprofitable.
