"The Matador" Mortenson Doesn't Bully Beatric

In other former-WSOP champs coming out to play news, 2003 World Series Champ, Carlos "The Matador" Mortenson, the 2001 WSOP main event champ, just came in second place to Beatric Stranzixger in a tournament to celebrate the opening of the new poker room at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Beatric won a new car and the bragging rights to say she had beat a world champion heads up. You go girl. More on the event & the new room at Las Vegas & Poker Blog.

It wasn't open when I was just in Vegas to choose my top 10 Vegas Poker Rooms, so it'll have to wait until the summer to make the list (or not).
