Rock-n-Roll-n-Poker

Another new development in the poker world is the VH1 Classic Rock-n-Roll Celebrity Poker Tournament, which according to a press release is "the first televised poker contest to feature music artists." The tournament will be hosted by poker pro Phil Laak (pictured left, who's also the lovely Jen Tilly's main squeeze) and bring together Dusty Hill of ZZ Top, Jane Wiedlin of the Go Go's, Vinnie Paul of Pantera, and three other rockers to play for the charity of their choice. Oh, and the winner also gets to "take over VH1 Classic for an entire day" and "receive an entry into the $10,000 North American Poker Tour Invitational at Hollywood Park in September 2006."
