8 Poker Pros I Hope to Run Into in Vegas

I'm off to Vegas in just a few hours to you know, "do research" for this here poker site. And by research I mean play poker. Lots and lots of poker. I've read up on Las Vegas poker rooms and tournaments, since it's been a year since I've been in Sin City. I have this fantasy of going to the Bellagio where the highest stakes game in town is and sitting down with some of the best of the best, including:

• Doyle Brunson
, one of the legends of poker.
• Johnny Chan, made even more famous by Rounders
• The "Robin Hood of poker" Barry Greenstein
• Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, who I'd also ask for a dance.
• Jennifer Harman, one of my favorite women poker players
• Phil Hellmuth, the Poker Brat, just to see if he's really like that in person.
• The always-intense Phil Ivey
• And the cheery, personable "Kid Poker", Daniel Negreanu

We'll see what happens. I'll let you know, since I don't plan on keeping that whole "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" promise. Though that might be why Pam Anderson just bought a house on the Strip...
