Poker Tournament Books
Friday September 9, 2005
I stayed up waaaay too late last night, watching Greg Raymer in event #4 of the World Championship of Online Poker -- No Limit Texas Hold'em, which lasted from 3 P.M. until 6 the next morning. Greg "Fossilman" Raymer made it to 32 out of 2146, getting himself a small chunk of the over $1,000,000 prize pool, and letting me hit the sack around 2 A.M.
While being a railbird at the virtual tables, I also spent some time re-reading my favorite poker tournament strategy books to get ready for playing in the WCOOP tournament today. As of right this moment, there are 826 people vying for the Limit Hold'em championship title with me, so I expect another late night.
