Charity Poker Tournaments for Katrina Victims

I haven't been playing poker this week, as it seems frivolous to throw my money into games when there are people who could really use that money. A lot of poker players feel the same, and due to the efforts of Wil Wheaton and some other good poker people, there are a bunch of online charity poker tournaments, starting tonight and going for the next few weeks, to help Hurrican Katrina victims.

When: Friday Sept. 2nd at 9:15pm ET
How Much: $20 + $10
Note: Full Tilt will match your $10 entry fee and that will be donated to the Red Cross' Hurricane Relief Fund.

How Much: $5

When: Wednesday Sept. 14 at 9:30 ET
